Checklist
1. An $80 non-refundable application fee must be included with the application.
2. Financial Affidavit along Bank Certificate
3. High School Transcripts and Senior Secondary Certificates (Sealed Transcripts)
4. TOEFL / IELTS Score (If any), otherwise attend an EPT Test on Arrival
5. GPA 2.5 on a 4.0 scale or above, Architecture/ Accounting- 3.0 and
Engineering- 2.75
6. Photocopy of passport
TOEFL Score: 550/213/79
IELTS Score: 6.5 with each part score being 6.0 or higher.
SAT: Verbal score of 530 or higher on the SAT
ACT: sub score of 23 or higher on the ACT

Check list
1. Complete Application Form
2. Complete Affidavit of Financial Support. i.e. U.S. $24,695 (online
application form/attested by the notary)
3. Prepare Statement of Objectives.
4. Official transcripts to department/program where applying.
5. Three letters of recommendation must be printed on letterhead with
original signatures and at least two letters must be from faculty members
with whom you had taken class (es). You can also use your employer as
a reference. The letters should state your qualifications for graduate
study.
6. TOEFL score (550/213/79), ILTS- 6.1 band min, 7.0 band max.
7. GRE Score required
8. Application Fee. Can pay by credit card if applying on-line or can
send money order or cashier's check must be payable to KSU Graduate School.
The university does not permit us to waive the fee regardless of the circumstances.
